Delivery
Our two man delivery service includes full assembly of your purchase in your chosen room, we strive to bring you the very best service and products. You can expect to be contacted about your delivery within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase. Our estimated lead time is 5 -10 working days.
Sienna Living offers a premium two-man delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only†).
†To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery charge may apply to remote areas.
Our delivery days
Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm, excluding Bank Holidays date and time will be confirmed beforehand.
Damages and inaccuracies are very rare but can happen, so we ask that you check your purchase once our team has assembled your items, you will be asked to confirm and sign that you have taken receipt and checked over your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied upon assembly, please raise any concerns right away.
Delivery to remote areas
Delivery is free to mainland UK, however charges may apply to some remote areas.
