3-year Warranty

With all of our products you will also secure a free 3 years manufacturers warranty. This warranty starts from the day that you sign for your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you disassemble the bed for any reason or move the bed to a different property your warranty will be void , warranty excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product. It is only intended to protect domestic products purchased and used for domestic purposes.

 

To register your claim with us you will need to email us with:

• Proof of purchase.
• Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about.
• We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm the next steps.
