Flexible Order Amendments

We believe in offering you the flexibility to make changes to your order as needed. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we'll contact you to confirm the delivery and order details, your fabric selection, and access to your bedroom. If you need to cancel or modify any aspect of your order, you can do so before it's confirmed and in production by reaching out to the Sienna Living Team on 0192 476 3192.

 

Our Cancellation Policy

We want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel any order for a full refund if it has not been placed into production. 

However, if an order has been confirmed for delivery and the production process has started, charges may apply for the loss of materials. Please note that once your order is delivered, we don't accept returns of made-to-order items unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

 

Returns

Our goal at Sienna Living is to provide exceptional service and products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Every item we create is made-to-order, specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns of made-to-order items, unless they are faulty or we have delivered the wrong product.

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact our Customer Services Team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. We may ask for you to send us photos of any areas of damage or imperfection to offer you a suitable course of action. In cases where a return is appropriate, we will arrange a collection that respects our current delivery schedule.

You do not need to disassemble your product for our collection team. All we ask is that your unwanted item remains in the condition that it was received.

 

Fabric Selection

We believe that every piece of furniture should be as unique as its owner. That's why we offer a wide selection of fabrics to choose from. Our fabrics vary in feel, durability, colour, and composition, and we understand that it can be difficult to choose the right one without seeing and feeling it in person.

That's why we offer a free fabric sample service to our customers. Simply request your samples prior to placing your order, and we will send them to you via Royal Mail 1st class post
